JustRelate acquires etracker and strengthens its leading position in the European digital marketing sector

Berlin/Hamburg, December 11, 2025. JustRelate continues to grow, welcoming the Hamburg-based digital analytics specialist, etracker, to the group. For etracker customers, this move ensures continuity and future security; etracker’s service range will remain unchanged. Simultaneously, JustRelate is strengthening its foothold in Hamburg, investing in the further development of its product portfolio, and initiating the international marketing of etracker.

etracker will continue to be offered as a standalone solution, building on its established strength in data protection-compliant web and marketing analytics. The company has been a leading European provider in this segment for many years.

For JustRelate, acquiring etracker is a vital step toward a fully integrated, European customer experience platform for CRM, digital marketing, and customer engagement. For customers, this means rapid integration, access to additional channels, and optimized use of marketing resources, all with complete transparency. etracker will remain independently deployable, and third-party providers will still be able to connect via standard interfaces.

The group plans to invest specifically in the further development of etracker, focusing on:

• Extending tracking to additional channels, including email.

• Expanding international capabilities, such as additional languages and country variants.

• Deepening integration with external systems and platforms.

• Introducing AI technologies for analysis and pattern recognition in tracking.

• Improving support for cross-channel marketing campaign management.

Particular attention is being paid to compliance with European data protection and AI regulations. Companies will benefit from a powerful analytics offering that does not require consent banners and is resistant to blocking.

The existing location in Hamburg will be expanded, complementing JustRelate’s offices in Paris, Berlin, Munich, Lille, and Wrocław as training and service hubs. The joint platform will benefit from pooled technological expertise and access to cross-border services.
