Your Responsibilities

  1. Generate, qualify, and contact leads via phone, email, and professional social networks.

  2. Feed the sales pipeline with qualified leads (transition from Marketing Qualified Lead to Sales Qualified Lead). In this role, you are responsible for processing inbound leads (provided by the marketing team) as well as outbound leads (from created or assigned lists).

  3. The qualification process for our prospects is essential and is based on the MEDDIC method (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, and Champion).

  4. Create and maintain prospect lists according to defined cycles.

  5. Qualify leads during qualification calls and move them from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) or disqualify them if necessary.

  6. Generate qualified appointments for the sales team.

  7. Actively participate in account reviews with the sales team.

  8. Share your observations, challenges, and/or successes with the teams (competitors, partners, advertisers, etc.).

  9. Contact customers and prospects to ensure their participation in events organized by JustRelate or in which JustRelate participates.

  10. Participate in events and trade shows organized by or with JustRelate.

  11. Regularly participate in training sessions and meetings to develop your product knowledge and sales skills.

Your Skills

  • Fluency in French (C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level).

  • Ideally, initial experience as an SDR or in a similar role in the sales of content management systems (CMS), Email Marketing, CRM, digital experience platforms (DXP), or service portals.

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, customer relations, and business development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build good relationships with customers.

  • Strong motivation and results orientation, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining close collaboration with the team.
