Responsibilities

Account Development

  • Work in collaboration with the Head of Customer Experience to design and implement account management strategies aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify growth opportunities (upselling and cross-selling).

  • Commercially responsible for ensuring contractual commitments and renewals are properly managed (financial and legal commitments).

  • Ensure accurate and consistent maintenance of internal CRM tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with New Business for Land & Expand, CSM, Marketing, and Product teams to address client needs in a consistent and effective manner.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to align client needs with product developments and company priorities.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of account management processes.

  • Participate in trade shows organized by JustRelate or events where JustRelate is represented.

  • Work closely with support teams (administration, finance, etc.).

  • Provide analysis and reporting to the Head of Account Managers.

  • Prepare analysis and reporting for the Executive Committee (CODIR).

  • Escalate in real time any major risks identified for a client.

Market & Technology Monitoring

  • Conduct market and competitive monitoring related to the company’s target markets and its clients’ industries.

  • Structure and document insights to ensure knowledge is recorded and shared internally.

Your Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management.

  • Professional fluency in both English and French, with native-level proficiency in French.

  • Strong digital and marketing culture.

  • Solution-oriented mindset with solid knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem.

  • Multi-product expertise: experience in a multi-solution environment, complex sales cycles, and the ability to manage and sell multiple solutions in a coordinated way.

  • Strong expertise in account management and customer retention strategies.

  • Excellent command of sales, negotiation, and customer satisfaction methodologies.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis to track account performance.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in remote settings.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to drive account growth.

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
