Your Responsibilities
- You support companies in making data-driven decisions with a platform that takes data protection seriously. You guide them in implementing custom web analytics strategies and deploying our software solution.
- You design and facilitate training sessions and workshops – both remotely and on-site – developing users into true analytics professionals.
- As part of the etracker Academy, you actively shape our training offerings and contribute your ideas.
- Furthermore, you continuously develop our knowledge base – from training materials to underlying processes.
Your Qualifications
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a pronounced focus on customer and results orientation.
- Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, cookies) and ideally some initial experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Econda, Matomo, or Piwik Pro.
- Excellent communicator who can present even complex technical concepts in an easily understandable and convincing manner.
- Team orientation, initiative, and solution-focused approach.
Eloquent communication skills in German both written and spoken, and confident English language abilities.
