The internationally operating plant manufacturer, Teamtechnik Maschinen und Anlagen GmbH, has opted for the CRM software from JustRelate for comprehensive support of its sales management.

Over 950 employees in Germany, Poland, China and the USA develop and build reliable and customer-specific automation solutions for the medical technology, new energy and automotive sectors. The company has over 44 years of experience and generates a turnover of over 180 million euros.

Once the implementation is complete, the company’s sales staff will be able to access all CRM data such as contact persons, offers, orders and presentations at any time and even when on the road, thanks to an innovative tablet app – even offline when there is no network available. In addition, the system will be used not only by the field sales, but also by the office and sales management.

In order to ensure the optimal information flow, JustRelate CRM is deeply integrated into the existing IT landscape. As the strategic CRM product partner of PSI Automotive & Industry GmbH, the provider of the PSIpenta ERP used by teamtechnik, JustRelate is installing an integration between CRM and ERP, which even in its standard version has a comprehensive scope of coupling. Other systems such as Outlook Exchange, Inxmail, the telephone system (CTI) and the sales & marketing intelligence solution Echobot will also be installed.
