Responsibilities

Payroll & HRIS Management

  • Manage payroll via Lucca and Silae, in collaboration with an external payroll partner.
  • Oversee time tracking, absences, benefits, and related HRIS tools.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal processes.

Personnel Administration

  • Handle employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records.
  • Update and maintain HR documentation and policies.
  • Manage benefits administration (healthcare, leave, remote work, etc.).

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with the group's Talent Acquisition team on hiring processes.
  • Participate in interviews and support candidate experience.
  • Create and implement onboarding processes for new hires.

Social Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as HR point of contact for employee representatives and CSE.
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law and coordinate audits.
  • Manage health & safety obligations and mandatory training.

Organizational Development

  • Support managers with performance reviews and employee growth plans.
  • Help improve HR processes and contribute to a positive company culture.
  • Foster employee engagement and inclusion.
  • Coordinate and support internal employee engagement events (breakfast, summer party, Christmas party, etc.).

Your Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience in an SME or fast-paced company.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of French labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient with HR tools like Lucca and Silae (or similar systems).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and people-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in an international or group structure is a strong plus.
