We built our AI services on AWS Bedrock with a clear commitment: your data is protected by design, not just by policy. Here is what that means in practice:
- EU data residency. Our AI infrastructure runs exclusively in European AWS data centres. This means that your prompts, content, and any AI-generated responses never leave the EU, fully aligning with GDPR data residency requirements.
- No training on your data. Your prompts and outputs will never be used to train, improve, or fine-tune any AI model. They are not stored, logged, or shared with third-party model providers. This is guaranteed by the AWS Bedrock architecture on which we operate.
- Enterprise-grade encryption and isolation are used. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Our dedicated model deployment architecture ensures that the underlying model providers have no access to your queries or results — your data remains fully isolated.
