Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Optimization
Oversee CRM strategy and ensure consistent data quality, segmentation, and usage.
Manage lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding, re-engagement, loyalty).
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to align CRM processes.
2. Project & Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, paid media, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, tech) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Create project timelines, define deliverables, and manage resources effectively.
3. Websites
Build and optimize websites and landing pages to fetch traffic from emails, lead nurturing, and social media.
Optimize websites for search crawlers and AI bots.
Maintain and promote the content on 3rd party platforms
4. Localize and execute campaigns in the French market
Organize the localisation from group-wide campaigns by translations and content-related adaptations.
Execute the campaigns in the French market.
Help to promote successful national campaigns to other markets.
5. Marketing Automation & Email Campaigns
Build and optimize automated workflows (newsletters, lead nurturing, trigger-based emails).
Ensure best practices in email deliverability, design (HTML), and personalization.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Define and monitor KPIs: conversion rate, CAC, retention, ROI, email engagement, etc.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
7. Product
Active support for the product team, including :
Feedback from customers (drafting of requirements expression sheets (customer or internal), drafting of functional anomaly sheets, etc.).
Carrying out functional tests during the acceptance phases and assisting customers with testing before going live.
Active participation in product meetings (new functionality, functional optimisation, etc.).
Helping customers to get to grips with the new features of the solution.
Your Skills
3–5 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or project management roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and CRM best practices.
Experience with CRM and marketing tools.
A solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email integration and websites is a strong asset.
Familiarity with CMS platforms .
Analytical mindset with experience using tools from the MarTech stack.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Curious, rigorous, and comfortable with testing new tools and channels.
