Responsibilities
The work of the Sales Development Representative mainly focuses on creating, qualifying, and contacting leads via phone, email, and professional social networks.
The goal of the SDR is to qualify leads for the sales pipeline (qualified leads from marketing to qualified leads for sales). In particular, the SDR is responsible for processing inbound leads (provided by the marketing team) as well as outbound leads (based on self-created or assigned lists).
The process of qualifying our prospects is essential and based on the MEDDIC method (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, and Champion).
Create and maintain lists of potential customers in defined cycles.
Qualify our leads through qualification calls and move them from Marketing Qualified Lead to Sales Qualified Lead or disqualify them.
Generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
Actively participate in account reviews with the sales team.
Communicate your observations, difficulties, and/or successes with the teams (competitors, partners, advertisers, etc.).
Contact customers and prospects to ensure participation in events organized by JustRelate or where JustRelate is involved.
Participate in events and trade shows organized by or with JustRelate.
Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to improve your product knowledge and sales skills.
Your Skills
Advanced knowledge of French and English (at least C1 level).
Ideally, initial experience as a SDR or a similar role in selling Content Management Systems (CMS), Email Marketing, CRM, Digital Experience Platform (DXP) or Service Portals.
A strong interest in digital marketing, customer relations, and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build good relationships with customers.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
The ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with the team.
