Responsibilities

Advocacy & Communication

  • Present the technology at conferences, meetups, webinars, and workshops.

  • Create and deliver demos, talks, and technical presentations.

  • Represent the company in public forums, online communities, and social medi.a.

Content Creation

  • Write blog posts, whitepapers, tutorials, and technical guides.

  • Produce sample projects, code examples, or proof-of-concept implementations.

  • Help shape messaging that explains why the technology matters, not just how it works.

Internal Enablement

  • Support sales, marketing, and product management with technical insights and demos.

  • Train internal teams on product capabilities and use cases.

  • Align product, engineering, and go-to-market teams around a shared narrative.

Customer relations & customer support

  • Support Sales teams on strategic opportunities.

  • Lead major technical presentations for prospects and Enterprise customers.

  • Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI processes and technical assessments.

  • Participate in technical and legal negotiation phases with internal teams.

  • Act as a technical point of reassurance for strategic accounts (Technical remediation follow-up, remediation plans, technical committees).

  • Contribute to cross-selling initiatives for Group products.

Technical contribution

  • Understand critical architecture components (cloud computing, AWS stack) and core technologies (JavaScript, internal services), and AI.

  • Evaluate technical feasibility and development impacts, and challenge proposed solutions when needed, along the whole group’s product and services portfolio (CX Cloud Home), ensuring a broad understanding of all services composing the CX Cloud / Home platform.

  • Participate occasionally in reviews, solution validation, or technical documentation.

  • Maintain a teamwork attitude.

Technology ambassador

  • Represent the CX Cloud / Home solution to French-speaking and international customers & events & IT analysts (Gartner, Forrester).

  • Translate domestic market needs to the product management, and translate the group’s strategy back to France.

  • Support technical evangelization within internal teams.

  • Participate in integrating the French entity into the Group’s global roadmap and processes.

Security, compliance and documentation

  • Produce or manage technical and security documentation (ISO 27k, audit questionnaires, customer security requests...).

  • Maintain and update ESG / Ecovadis documentation.

Strategic Projects (TBC)

  • Contribute to technical due diligence activities during Group M&A operations.

  • Strengthen operational coordination self-directed between the domestic teams.

Your Skills

Experience

  • Favoring a senior or very senior background (8–12+ years) in SaaS, cloud platforms or B2B software.
  • Experience dealing with enterprise-level customers (retail, luxury, banking, insurance…) at the management level is highly valuable.

  • Solid understanding of modern software architectures (cloud and AWS preferred) and web technologies.

  • Experience with email marketing and digital marketing from larger organisations is a plus.

Core Competencies

  • Good understanding of architecture principles and SaaS production environments.

  • Strong security awareness (cloud security, audits, remediation, documentation processes).

  • Ability to produce or coordinate technical and compliance documentation.

  • Comfortable with technical and contractual negotiations.

  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly to mixed audiences (technical and non-technical).

  • Supporting M&A activities in France and abroad by technical advice along the whole process.

  • Experience with agile project management in larger digital marketing projects.

Soft Skills

  • Clear and structured communicator in French and English languages. Great presenter, especially of software demos.

  • Strong transversal leadership: able to influence and coordinate without direct managerial authority.

  • Calm, reliable, and composed when handling customers and employees.

  • Diplomatic approach, capable of working smoothly with technical teams from France, Germany and Poland.

  • Able to represent the company as a credible and professional technical ambassador.

  • Experienced in medium-sized software vendors and having a do-it attitude. Spending a significant amount of the working time in productive work/focus time.

Languages

  • French: native or fluent (C2).

  • English: full professional proficiency.

  • Contribute to overall EBITDA and ARR improvement by helping secure deals and reduce churn.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting internal efficiency improvements.

  • Strengthen the operational and strategic alignment between France and the Group.

Priority subjects

  • L’Oréal account setup (script to automate projects/folders creation).

  • Handling stakeholders independently (major accounts, IT analysts, …).

  • Creating content to support his own mission in coordination with marketing and product management.
