Responsibilities

Implement a Marketing and Communications strategy that supports the Sales teams in achieving their goals:

  • Develop and manage a marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

  • Become an expert in the Digital Marketing market by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

  • Implement a digital strategy that positively impacts the target groups' perceptions (web, SEO, social media, email) to enhance the company's visibility in its Central European markets.

  • Oversee B2B customer relations closely with the Sales teams to implement effective acquisition, retention, and satisfaction strategies.

  • Develop  life event strategies.

  • Create performance indicators and monitor them in alignment with goals (e.g. Cost per Lead, Cost per Channel, Acquisition Rate, Conversion Rate).

  • Manage cross-functional projects to equip various teams with the tools and resources needed to promote and master our Solution for Prospects, Customers, and Users.

Support the Product team in launching and communicating compelling value propositions around our Solution:

  • Contribute to our strategic marketing playbook and develop differentiated, compelling product positioning for message consistency across all channels.

  • Participate in defining Go-To-Market strategies for our Software.

  • Actively contribute to the development of new features with our Product team through continuous market and competitor analysis.

  • Plan and execute communications around our feature launches to engage target audiences and highlight the strategic positioning of our Solution.

  • Educate the markets about the benefits of our solutions.

Accelerate the deployment of our brand in European markets (particularly in Germany and France):

  • Conduct a European market study to analyze competitors and help define the positioning of our Solution in these markets.

  • Collaborate with the Group's SDR, New Business & Account Management teams to deploy the Marketing and Communications strategy that educates these markets and raises awareness of our Solution.

Contribute to building a common Marketing and Communications strategy across the group:

  • Help establish a consistent global positioning, brand story, and image through the development of a coherent and ambitious visual and editorial identity.

  • Educate the Group's teams on a deeper understanding of our Solution to accelerate its international commercial deployment.

  • Align your projects and strategies within the Group and work toward coordinated deployment of these strategies across entities and borders.

  • Deploy the necessary tools to ensure continuous sharing and enrichment of resources across the Group.

  • Support Group teams in executing their communications activities related to our Software Offerings.

  • Foster collaboration within the Marketing team in Poland, France and Germany.

Your Skills

  • Combine method and creativity to implement an efficient strategy in terms of results, while also being ambitious, creative, and differentiating for our solution.
  • With a higher education degree, you have at least 5 years of marketing experience, partly within SaaS/B2B companies.
  • You are familiar with the MarTech market, and have developed a network that allows you to forge relationships and build partnerships.
  • You have been part of a management team and have led a marketing strategy, gaining the ability to take a long-term view while also closely managing short-term actions.
  • Technically, you have a solid background in modern MarTech Tools such as Analytics, CRM, CMS, and you possess the analytical skills to deploy relevant performance indicators.
  • You are known for your ability to develop strategies focused on scaling campaigns, product evolution, upselling, multichannel growth actions, and targeted communication. Your methods and tactics support the implementation of automated and scalable marketing to control growth marketing actions.
  • Ideally, you have had the opportunity to build and manage a team covering product marketing, growth marketing, and communications.
  • You have significant experience in managing cross-functional projects, working closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Your communication and relationship-building skills will be essential in leveraging external partnerships within the marketing mix.
  • You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English. 
  • You are dynamic, creative, organized, rigorous, autonomous, and stand out for your responsiveness and interpersonal skills.
  • Agile and versatile, you are capable of managing, facilitating, and driving change in your processes and output.
