Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Prioritize backlog and make trade-offs between scope, quality, and time.
Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs; drive continuous improvements.
Serve as a product evangelist, internally and externally, articulating product value and strategy.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product adoption.
Your Skills
Strategic thinking skills and putting these skills into motion e.g. SWOT Analysis is the most essential ability for this position.
3–5 years of experience in product management and leadership in a B2B SaaS or software environment.
Following the company vision you have the talent to define and build product roadmaps to assign resources efficiently and to make sure that the product will be shipped as planned.
Strong ability to prioritize projects, features and tasks.
Technical background or familiarity with software development.
Knowledge about how to collect, read, interpret and use data properly.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
To have an eye on writing effective copy from a point of view of a bigger context is a plus.
Fluency in English and French, verbal and written.
You are familiar with the user centric approach: CRM, Microsurveys, interviews and user testing, focus groups, polls on social media channels, and even 1:1 conversations.
Ability to forecast and measure the product development progress.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
