Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager for our solutions, services, and projects, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers by establishing initial contact and developing these relationships further.
Utilize various tools to generate leads and contact prospects through calls, emails, social media, and meetings. As well you can build on leads generated by our marketing and sales development team to sell our solutions.
In your sales role, you will manage the entire process, from maintaining customer contact and conducting detailed requirements analyses to preparing solution proposals in collaboration with relevant colleagues, as well as estimating effort and creating competitive offers to close the deals.
You will identify and leverage cross- and upselling opportunities and will be responsible for selling sustainable customer solutions.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
You will provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Your Skills
- As a Senior Sales Manager, you bring at least 5-10 years of experience in web projects and cloud solutions, along with solid knowledge of B2B sales techniques with a focus on solution selling.
You are a strong sales personality with excellent communication and presentation skills, which form the basis for a confident and convincing presence with customers.
You excel in solution-oriented consulting and aim to build long-term business relationships with your clients.
You possess strong analytical and strategic skills as well as solid expertise in the IT industry.
You are highly performance- and success-driven and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You enjoy working with agile teams.
Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is a given for you.
Efficient self-organization and self-motivation are among your key strengths.
