Siemens Healthineers is a leading medical technology company with over 120 years of experience and 18,500 patents worldwide. Siemens Healthineers' products enable the healthcare industry to prevent disease and determine the right diagnosis and treatment for people who are sick, so they can get better faster.
The Goal
Siemens Healthineers wanted to build a new customer-centric platform that would allow the company to connect more easily and more effectively with prospects and customers worldwide. After an extensive evaluation process, Siemens Healthineers selected JustRelate's Digital Experience Platform as the platform for its digital events. The deciding factors for this decision were the solution’s excellent usability and versatility as well as the globally performant content availability, even when hosting events with a very large number of participants.
The Implementation
Siemens operates over 100 complex and highly interactive websites globally on the JustRelate platform and is present in all markets including China. The platform offers a sophisticated process for reusing content: a centrally managed master site serves as a template for all local websites. Siemens Healthineers has built a platform for digital events with the help of the JustRelate solution and has run digital trade shows and events with great success.
The Result
The new platform has allowed Siemens Healthineers to significantly improve its customer interactions. The individual customer touchpoints are better connected, and this has significantly increased the conversion rate. By digitalizing events such as market launches, the organization has extended its customer reach, improved the customer experience and built a stronger relationship with the sales department. This was achieved by accelerating and intensifying digital interactions through virtual demos and chats, among other factors.
