Züblin chooses PisaSales CRM in the cloud
Stuttgart-based Ed. Züblin AG, a subsidiary of the global technology group for construction services STRABAG, has decided to implement PisaSales CRM as a cloud solution
Founded in 1898 by Swiss engineer Eduard Züblin, Ed. Züblin AG is today one of Germany's market-leading construction companies.
14,000 Züblin employees generate an annual construction output of over € 3 billion in building construction and civil engineering.
Züblin chose PisaSales not only because of its modern and clear user interface, but also because of the software's high flexibility and low customization requirements. The standard version of PisaSales already includes a CRM solution tailored specifically to the construction and construction supply industry. Building on this industry template, Züblin will in future realize a central 360° view of, for example, all contacts, addresses, activities, documents, construction projects and objects.
Of course, all employees also have access to the object template and all other CRM data from their smartphone or tablet. The resulting shared knowledge base in conjunction with the chat collaboration platform integrated in PisaSales CRM will make collaboration at Züblin even more optimal and efficient in the future.
