Responsibilities
Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web applications, ensuring they are visually engaging, intuitive, and accessible
Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback
Collaborate closely with developers to understand and influence the implementation of designs, ensuring consistency across devices and screen sizes
Maintain and improve the UI/UX design system, ensuring consistency in style, branding, and usability standards
Analyze and optimize existing user interfaces to enhance usability, functionality, and user satisfaction
Work within agile teams, attending stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align design work with development cycles
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design, web technologies, and industry standards
Your Skills
Technical
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar software
Familiarity with prototyping and animation tools like InVision, or After Effects
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to discuss design feasibility and limitations effectively with developers
Strong knowledge of responsive design, grid systems, and web typography
Experience with UX research methods, including A/B testing, heat mapping, and user journey mapping
Ability to create and manage style guides and design systems
