The gearboxes and drives developed and produced by Stiebel are used under the toughest conditions in the industry and infrastructure. At the main location in Waldbröl near Cologne and in various subsidiaries worldwide, 260 employees operate, generating an annual turnover of over €48 million.
The CRM solution previously implemented at Stiebel no longer met the growing demands and was also outdated on a technological level. The obsolete system is now replaced by a modern CRM standard software that can optimally and efficiently support the requirements of Stiebel’s day-to-day business.
Stiebel opted in favor of PisaSales as their new CRM solution primarily due to a wide range of standard functions in combination with the technological future security. “The standard version of the PisaSales CRM software already includes everything we need for the further digitalization and implementation of our CRM strategy in the marketing and sales departments. This enabled us to get the project off the ground pragmatically and promptly. Its comprehensive functionality, the modern technology as well as the flexible possibilities of the system in terms of integration capability and the modern, fully comprehensive web client convinced us as well”, comments IT manager Thomas Krutwig.
To ensure consistent processes, a connection of PisaSales CRM to the document management solution ELO and the ERP software PSIpenta will be implemented. In this regard, Stiebel particularly benefits from the long-standing partnership of PiSA sales GmbH with the ERP manufacturer PSI Automotive & Industry GmbH, from which resulted the reliable PSIpenta interface. In a later expansion stage, the connection of international Stiebel sites is also planned.
