JustRelate acquires French email specialist Bmobile

JustRelate Group GmbH (“JustRelate”) has acquired Bmobile SAS (“Bmobile”), becoming the leading platform provider of digital customer relationship management software in France, Germany, and Poland.

JustRelate was created by merging Berlin-based Infopark AG and PiSA sales GmbH in 2020. The group's software solutions enable B2B, B2C, and public sector customers to digitize their sales, marketing, and service processes by automating customer relationships and creating a 360-degree view of the customer across all channels.

By acquiring Bmobile, provider of the “Dartagnan” software solution, JustRelate is expanding its product portfolio to include a cloud solution for building emails to achieve the highest open and conversion rates. Customers benefit from a broader product portfolio within the JustRelate platform, higher conversion rates, stronger customer loyalty, and lower integration costs for the software.

With 170 employees in France, Germany, and Poland, JustRelate now serves over 600 customers, mainly medium-sized and larger businesses.

With the change of ownership, the founder of Bmobile, Ms. Christine Richard, is leaving the company. Christine Richard deserves special thanks and respect. Through her work and creativity for almost a decade, she has brought Dartagnan software to its current market position. She has written a remarkable success story to serve as a role model for others.
