PiSA sales GmbH, provider of the CRM suite of the same name, is equipping GEMÜ, the leading manufacturer of valve, measurement and control technology, with new customer relationship management software worldwide.
Since the end of last year, GEMÜ Gebr. Müller Apparatebau GmbH & Co. KG to the industry-specific CRM system from PisaSales. According to the GEMÜ project manager, Mr. Heiko Schmitt, the reasons for the decision are obvious: “With its comprehensive CRM solution for industry, PisaSales covers our needs excellently. The forward-looking technology and the cooperative partnership with the project planning of PiSA sales GmbH will lead the project to success”.
An important decision criterion for GEMÜ was the CRM provider’s high level of interface competence with regard to the PSIpenta ERP used. The extensible standard coupling between the two systems is the result of the close strategic product partnership between the two Berlin-based software providers PiSA sales GmbH and PSIPENTA Software Systems GmbH. GEMÜ will in future use PisaSales CRM in the sales, marketing and service departments. The company employs around 1,100 people in more than 20 subsidiaries worldwide. Based on the pilot project already started in the French GEMÜ subsidiary, the CRM system is to be rapidly deployed in all sales locations of the valve specialist around the globe.
Since 2020 PiSA sales GmbH is part of the JustRelate Group. The more than 140 employees at the locations Berlin and Wroclaw cooperate in the development, production, marketing and sales of powerful CMS and CRM software solutions for the national and international market.
