The link between the email marketing solution Inxmail Professional and the CRM suite PisaSales now bridges the gap between the 360° customer view of the CRM system and the advantages of a powerful email marketing solution.

Users benefit from the comprehensive selection options for any customer data or the use of dynamic mailing channels in PiSA sales CRM. Thanks to the newly developed interface, the contact data determined in PisaSales can be transferred to Inxmail Professional at the touch of a button.

Not only the salutation and name are transferred, but also, for example, the position, the company or the responsible account manager of the recipient. This data is then available for the high-level personalization of emails.

The creation of the mailing can be easily implemented with Inxmail Professional using flexible standard templates. After the mailing, all recipient-related response data is available in the PisaSales CRM and can be, for example, linked directly to the recipient, the serial mail or the mailing channel. This database can be used to form targeted interest clusters and implement follow-up campaigns.
