PisaSales CRM makes it into the IT Best List 2015

More than 100 jurors of the Initiative Mittelstand confirm to PisaSales CRM: "Your solution is one of the best IT innovations for medium-sized businesses". A total of 60 solutions in 41 categories were awarded from more than 1,000 applications.

In the CRM category, PisaSales was able to convince the expert jury consisting of industry experts, scientists and trade journalists and thus belongs to the IT Best List 2015.

In particular, the integrated service module of the CRM solution was evaluated.

The innovative PisaSales features enable the entire service cycle to be mapped in the CRM, from service notification and ticketing, the service quotation through to the planning and execution of service calls.

Other special highlights include automated maintenance management and digital service reports that can be automatically generated on site at the customer's premises after completion of the assignment, electronically signed, and directly entered for invoicing. Service staff in the office and in the field benefit from easy operation and mobile availability of the service applications on smartphones, tablets and notebooks.
