medatixx relies on CRM from PiSA sales

medatixx GmbH & Co. KG, manufacturer of practice software for physicians in private practice, has decided on the company-wide introduction of the CRM solution PisaSales.

The company medatixx GmbH & Co. KG, which was formed by the merger of the established practice software providers "DOCexpert" and "MCS Arzt- und Ambulanzsysteme" in 2007. KG is one of the leading providers of IT solutions for medical practices, outpatient clinics, medical care centers and physician networks in Germany with a market share of 19%. 

medatixx employs approximately 600 employees at 15 locations as well as 50 independent regional service partners with another 580 employees. The IT company counts 35,000 physicians among its users.

In total, more than 550 employees of the company will be equipped with PiSA sales CRM in the future. Each user will also be able to use the system via tablet app. In addition, all sales partners will use the software.

In addition to central contact management, business processes in sales and customer service will be supported by PiSA sales CRM in the future. It is conceivable, for example, that users of medatixx will be able to use the PiSA sales portal solution as an online self-service area around their practice software in the future.

Furthermore, it is planned to equip the entire field service with the PiSA sales app and the PiSA time recording app. In a later project step, PiSA sales is to replace the complete event management of medatixx-akademie.
On the technical side, medatixx uses a variety of REST-based interfaces, for example to the ERP solution from Sage as well as for the transfer of data from other existing systems.
