LISSMAC optimizes sales processes with PisaSales. As an internationally valued supplier of machinery and equipment for industry and the construction sector, LISSMAC Maschinenbau GmbH was looking for an industry-oriented CRM software solution that could meet the company's high customer relationship management requirements. The choice quickly fell on the CRM suite PisaSales from the Berlin-based provider of the same name. The CRM software solution, which specializes in plant and mechanical engineering, not only almost completely covers the LISSMAC-specific requirements in the standard, but also provides a powerful standard link to the ERP from IFAX, which has been in use since 1991.

From professional contact and activity management to the control and administration of all sales-related processes and reporting, PisaSales optimally supports sales at LISSMAC. In order to be able to meet prospective customers and customers always competent and informed also in the field service, the PisaSales CRM is likewise used mobile. In the future, access to customer data will not only be possible via laptop but also via the PisaSales PDA client. The established interface to the IFAX ERP is based on modern web service technology and synchronizes contact, quotation and order data. In addition, the telephone system was connected to the CRM via CTI coupling.
