LASCO forges customer relationships in future with CRM from PisaSales

The specialist for forming machines LASCO Umformtechnik GmbH has decided in favor of CRM from PiSA sales. The goal of the CRM introduction at LASCO is a significant increase in efficiency in sales work.

Customer relationships are to be expanded and maintained in the long term through shorter processing times, cost reduction and increased process reliability. In addition to an interface to the ERP system MAS 90, a link to the DMS system DocuWare will also be implemented.

LASCO Umformtechnik GmbH decided to introduce PisaSales CRM after an extensive selection process. The company’s employees will in future use the professional contact and activity management of PisaSales. The seamless integration of PisaSales into the existing LASCO system landscape with IBM Lotus Notes, the MS Office applications, the ERP system MAS 90 and with the document management system (DMS) DocuWare guarantees company-wide, end-to-end support of all marketing, sales and service processes.

“When we made our decision, we paid particular attention to the software’s expandability through its modular structure, user-friendliness, faster access to customer information and documents, and extensive evaluation options,” says Oliver Mally, IT Manager at LASCO, summarizing the central CRM requirements.

LASCO’s sales staff will also benefit in future from PisaSales project management and quotation preparation. The CRM system offers marketing support through extensive functionalities of integrated campaign management. LASCO also attaches great importance to extensive support for its service organization: PisaSales will help LASCO’s service employees to effectively process service messages and offers and to manage service objects.
