HEKATRON Technik relies on PisaSales CRM
The HEKATRON Technik GmbH, leading manufacturing company of electronic assemblies and terminal devices, has decided to use the CRM solution PisaSale. Key application is the active support of the whole sales workflow.
The HEKATRON Technik GmbH is using the PisaSales CRM and will support actively the whole sales workflow. Main goal is to increase the process efficiency and the process quality in order to enhance customer service. Besides the sales team the departments feasibility investigation and controlling can work with the solution.
Already since 2006 the sister company HEKATRON Vertriebs GmbH is using the CRM suite PisaSale. Today the solution is in use there for all customer-related operations – sales, marketing and service. The experiences gained at the sister company accelerated considerably the implementation of the CRM system at HEKATRON Technik. On the basis of the existing competency the system configuration, the implementation of the processes and the legacy data transfer was completely done by staff on-site.
The PisaSale CRM was deeply integrated in the existing software environment: A coupling to the ERP system is used as well as the standard interfaces to Microsoft Outlook and Office and a CTI integration of the telephone system.

The HEKATRON Technik GmbH has more than 50 years of experience in manufacturing of sophisticated electronic technologies. As EMS provider the company produces flat electronic components and devices for security, sensor, laser, measuring, regulatory and control technology as well as different industrial applications. In a highly modern manufacturing “the production professional” produces a broad range of electronic components of small quantities up to large series with more than one million pieces per year.
The entire spectrum covers the planning of electronic components, the procurement of components, the circuit board assembly and unit installation as well as parts logistics and delivery directly to the customer (even worldwide).
