The market leader for the production of high-pressure pumps has decided to implement JustRelate's CRM system.

Hammelmann GmbH has been active in the Münsterland region of Germany for seven decades and offers its products and services worldwide.

The Westphalian company specializes in the production and sale of high-pressure pumps, process pumps, and industrial cleaning systems used in a wide variety of sectors and industries. Its core business consists of customized solutions in the field of high-pressure technology.

The company's success story began in 1949 with the foundation by Paul Hammelmann, who later became a pioneer of many groundbreaking inventions in the field of hydrodynamics. In addition to the more than 380 employees at the company headquarters in Oelde, Hammelmann’s subsidiaries in Australia, China, France, Spain, Switzerland and USA as well as 40 other offices guarantee worldwide service and customer proximity. Hammelmann chose to implement the CRM software PisaSales in order to become even more innovative and to be able to respond more flexibly to customer needs.

The CRM software replaced an outdated system that could no longer meet Hammelmann's increased requirements. PisaSales was tailored to the company's high quality standards and improves the numerous internal processes thanks to a wide range of functions. The CRM solution from Berlin-based software provider JustRelate will support the company in sales and marketing in Germany as well as in France, Spain and Switzerland. 

As an on-premise installation, PisaSales will take over extensive tasks and bundle processes in a sophisticated platform that is adapted to the company's needs.

Thanks to the software's flexible interfaces, PisaSales can be reliably synchronized with the ERP and PIM systems already in use at Hammelmann. In the future, the company will also benefit from PisaSales' CRM apps for mobile use on smartphones and tablets. Later, PisaSales' powerful trade fair app will also come into play, which not only serves as an excellent basis for digitalized lead management, but also ensures paperless documentation of trade fair conversations with prospects and customers.
