The GMN Paul Müller Industrie GmbH & Co. KG from Nuremberg has decided to use the PisaSales industry solution. The employees from the commercial departments have quick access to all relevant data concerning all marketing and sales processes. The goals of the CRM implementation for GMN include optimized addressing of customers by central provision of customer and process data, better tracking of appointments and offers and full analysis options.
To ensure the smooth run of daily operations of the GMN sales department the CRM industry solution by PiSA sales offers a convenient mobile application. For field staff CRM data is available at any place and at any time on smartphone, tablet or notebook. “Besides the wide range of features and the mobile connection of our staff a high degree of interface competence was important regarding the selection of the CRM software,” explains Robert Besold, head of IT at GMN. Thanks to a strategic partnership PisaSales is offering an extensible coupling to the ERP system PSIpenta which is used by GMN. Moreover GMN will use both the automated synchronization of appointments via coupling of the Microsoft Exchange Server and the coupling of the telephone system with PiSA sales via CTI.
