Responsibilities
- You design and develop customized CRM solutions for our customers based on our object-oriented middleware platform.
- You tailor our highly flexible standard software to meet specific requirements and integrate it seamlessly into the existing IT and process landscape.
- You provide our customers with comprehensive support, conduct workshops, analyze requirements and business processes, and assist them in successfully utilizing our solutions over the long term.
Your Skills
- IT-related studies (computer science/engineering or economics) or comparable professional experience with a corresponding background.
- You have experience in Java development with complex applications and frameworks.
- Database knowledge (Oracle, Microsoft SQL or PostgreSQL) is required.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in the field of project coordination is an asset.
- You enjoy communicating with our customers and are happy to take on responsibility.
- You like working in a team with experienced colleagues who share their knowledge with you.
- You have a very good written and spoken knowledge of German and a solid command of English.
