Responsibilities

  • Create an account plan for the T0 and T1 of their portfolio.
  • Daily animation of the account strategy for each of their targeted clients.
  • Management of the ONBOARDING (setup) of solutions marketed by the New Business team to clients; they pilot and coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to deadlines, financial commitments, and proper deployment of the solution by the client.
  • Respond to commercial and legal requests from their clients.
  • Generate up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with decision makers and users to foster loyalty.
  • Anticipate the needs of their clients and be proactive with them. To do so, they work closely with support teams to identify recurring client requests and implement a commercial strategy to offer them tailored support solutions. Strong market monitoring will complement these actions.
  • Be involved in the department's activities: Make proposals to improve processes, knowledge of the ecosystem, and take on substantive issues to be determined with the Sales Department.
  • Adapt their approach according to encountered situations and mobilize internal and external teams for the proper follow-up of clients under their responsibility.
  • Maintain and constantly update internal CRM tools.
  • Commercially responsible for the proper adherence to and renewal of contractual commitments with clients (financial and legal commitments).
  • Anticipation and management of client risks and crises, and implementation of actions to address them.
  • Create client success stories and make them available to internal teams (sales, support, ...).

Your Skills

  • Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level).
  • Autonomous with strong communication skills (ability to present documents clearly / facilitate various meetings).
  • Client-oriented: Ability to understand the needs and requirements of clients, to anticipate their expectations, and to provide quality service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Sales skills: Ability to identify and seize commercial opportunities, to negotiate contracts, and to conclude sales while maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • Account management: Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of clients, to develop account plans, to track performance, and to ensure client retention.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, to manage time effectively, and to work autonomously while meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze client data, interpret market trends, and make informed decisions to optimize account performance.
  • Team spirit: Ability to collaborate with other members of the sales team and internal departments.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to quickly identify potential issues and find suitable solutions to resolve them while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of clients' industry sector, market, competition, and market trends in order to provide relevant advice and solutions
