The repository is stored in the connected relational database (Oracle or MS-SQL) and stores all information in the form of objects, not – like many other products – in the form of hard-coded program lines or resource files. Each object represents an application component and is defined by associated properties and methods. Application developers or project engineers optimally use the advantages of object-oriented and relational technologies due to the type of object description and the type of data storage. The repository describes all application objects, from the business model to the user interface to the integration components, and uses object-oriented techniques for this purpose. Thus, PisaSales applications can be customized, upgraded, released and ported without restrictions over the entire life cycle.
Especially in the area of adaptability, our technology shows its particular strengths, i.e.: powerful tools for the customization of PisaSales applications. They offer a complete view of the repository and allow unlimited extensions of the data model and user interfaces without any programming. Pisa applications are independent of operating system, execution architecture, user interface and number of users. Thus, PisaSales CRM is flexible enough to be customized to the permanently changing requirements of the business world.
Thanks to the open technology platform, the efficient and flexible embedding of the CRM system in your existing IT infrastructure is possible by integrating almost any software component, application, data or function. Thus, interfaces to, for example, ERP, DMS, configurator or groupware solutions are provided. Established and modern industry standards such as Java, CSV, XML, REST API and web services are available for the development of new interfaces or the provision and adaptation of standard interfaces.
