Broker CRM solution from affinis is finalist at the Eisenhut Award 2011

At this year's "Eisenhut" award for sales software by Versicherungsmagazin in cooperation with the Bundesverband Deutscher Versicherungskaufleute (BVK), Bankenmagazin and KuBi e.V., affinis consulting was among the finalists with its solution Makler-CRM based on PisaSales.

The broker CRM solution from affinis based on PisaSales qualified for the final in a five-stage evaluation process. The answering of written questions as well as the statement to the individual feedback of the jury finally led to the participation in this year's final in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Here, a live presentation of the best software solutions took place in front of the entire jury.

The solution shown supports the broker support of insurance companies. In particular, the strong practice and target group orientation, combined with high user-friendliness distinguishes the broker CRM solution from affinis and PisaSales. Furthermore, the diverse evaluation and reporting options were convincing.

Insurance companies, sales companies, agent associations and software houses were eligible to apply for the coveted award. Sales software is defined as any type of software that supports an agent in providing customer advice, including brokerage and Internet-based systems. The broker CRM solution caught the jury's eye as a special feature, as the software addresses broker support within the insurance company and thus supports the successful sale of in-house products via the broker sales channel.

More transparency in insurance companies and sales organizations

The aim of the award is to create more transparency. For software providers, this means recognizing their position in the provider competition. Each provider learns about its relative strengths and weaknesses compared to the anonymized competitors. For insurance companies, sales organizations, and representative associations, transparency also means learning about the strengths and weaknesses of their sales software in comparison to those of the anonymized competition, and thus about the need for action.
