Big Dutchman chooses PisaSales CRM

Big Dutchman AG is the world market leader for feeding systems and barn equipment for modern pig and poultry farming. In the future, the PisaSales CRM will support the customer-oriented processes in sales and service.

As a family-run company, Big Dutchman employs around 2,600 people worldwide and is represented in over 100 countries on 5 continents. 

The customer base of the barn fitter includes organic farmers as well as conventional farms. The product range includes, among other things, innovative and resource-saving control systems for the stable climate, illumination, exhaust air purification and residue recycling.

The CRM project focuses on a 360-degree view of the customer. In the future, all Big Dutchman employees with customer contact will have access to the same data source with just a few clicks and without media breaks. Thanks to the planned mapping of customer relationships in the system, decisions can be made based on facts. In addition, it will be possible to react faster and more precisely to customer wishes in the future in order to increase customer satisfaction and further expand customer loyalty in the long term.

For the initial implementation of the CRM strategy in the course of the year, around 150 users in Germany and Spain will start using the PisaSales CRM, of which up to 100 users will also be mobile with offline availability of the CRM data. 

All PisaSales applications are deeply integrated into the existing IT system landscape due to their high flexibility and adaptability. Thus, the software solution camos for quotation creation and product configuration as well as the Microsoft Exchange Server for automatic synchronization of appointments will be linked to PisaSales. In addition, Big Dutchman will couple its in-house ERP individual solution with PisaSales.
