Beuth Verlag opts for CRM cloud solution from PisaSales

Beuth Verlag GmbH, based in Berlin, has decided to implement the PisaSales CRM cloud solution. In addition to classic CRM components such as contact and activity management, PisaSales supports sales at Beuth.

Beuth Verlag, founded in 1924, is a subsidiary of DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung e. V.) and distributes national and international standards as well as technical regulations and develops technical literature in all media formats for employees in industry, science, trade, the service sector, studies and crafts.

Today, the publishing house, which is one of the 20 largest trade publishers in Germany, employs around 170 people and generates sales of more than 60 million euros.

The focus of the introduction of the CRM solution from PiSA sales is the support of multi-level sales of the standards management software developed by Beuth itself, with which publishing customers can manage their own standards inventory. In lead management, for example, web inquiries are recorded directly with the PiSA sales questionnaire module, automatically created as a lead in the CRM and, if necessary, automated follow-up processes are set in motion. The options for flexible quotation generation for complex products and numerous analytical functions in PiSA sales are ideally suited to Beuth's sales processes.

The majority of Beuth Verlag's users will work via Internet browser with the PiSA sales CRM cloud solution in an intuitive web client. The SaaS solution from PiSA sales meets the strictest security standards by hosting the CRM data in a German high-security data center.
